Please note that ZAHIR does not provide free return labels. * Shipping Costs: All costs associated with returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

5. RETURN PROCESS

6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cryptocurrency Refunds: For orders paid via BNB, BTC, or other cryptocurrencies, refunds will be issued based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these specific cases, ZAHIR will cover the costs to rectify the issue with a replacement or full refund.
